UPDATE Oct 2024 Parma Danze Gerber has been WONDERFUL! I followed another reviewer's advice and contacted Gerber directly. I had my receipt here from Amazon and was able to download it and get a replacement. I only had to pay for shipping. My original purchase was in 2019 but that okay because it was under warranty. The hard water I have has caused this problem.My new pot filler one has been installed. I didn't even need to hire a plumber because the directions to install were easy to understand and follow. I am thrilled to have this replaced and working wonderfully! It feels stronger and even better than before. Perhaps they have updated it.I highly recommend Danze Gerber because their customer service is stellar.This was from September 2024This is a gorgeous faucet but 5 years later it is leaking. Our bar sink with a Danze faucet doesn't leak but this pot filler has been all show and no go. Total disappointment and now we have to spend money on a plumber and better quality faucet to replaced. Overall the faucet got a low C1 rating as the flow is super slow.If you don't mind changing it a few years from now go for it. But for us we prefer to have a product that last at least 10 years. I might add that this does not reach all the burners on our 36 inch range. We should have measured for a better pot filler. Our mistake.Danze has been great for our bar sink used about as often but this pot filler has not worked for us.
