Great product.We wanted to be able to drain our pasta or vegetables and we were going to buy a pan with a colander that fit inside.This is much better, as it has two sets of holes to drain off the water.One set of holes is smaller than the other, as you hopefully can see in the photos.Also, the pouring or draining spout, for lack of a better term, is on both sides.These drains can also be used as a vent, or if don't want that, you just turn the lid so that the holes don't show.We did not want any quick release coating on the inside, and this is only stainless steel.The lid is quite heavy glass, so altogether it is quite a weight when filled with water.That is not a negative, just something to keep in mind.This is a product that I would buy as a gift, it is that good.It will be one of our staple pots and pans.This pot has the usual standard of excellence that you expect from Judge. The cooking is even, the pot is easily cleaned and it is a grand size for large amounts of soup, stews, rice or pasta.Excellent pan, which is ideal for induction rings. The pan, like the others in the range, doesn't boil over so easily as other pans. The two handled pan and lid are perfect for draining without the need for a colander, especially useful for spaggetti. It washes in the dishwasher although you can wash it in the sink if you really want to .The size is larger than the other set of pans we have.Excellent stainless steel, looks good and very easy to drain with holes in lid and double handed base and lid.loved it - great concept with the draining facility
