Folks, I like this pot. Great for rice dishes and even white rice; but it shines in cooking down veggies/diced chuck for shepherd's pie :)Seriously, it's heavy, and I like the 'ear' handle ergonometry and lid fitment. Heats evenly, and is a great small slow/simmer pot. Perfect for lower heat where you don't need a long handle to get in the way on top of the stove.I've been pleased with the whole set; this was an add-on I bought and works exactly how I envisioned I'd use it.
