Seems there was a bad review or two for these potholders but they are perfect! I've taken plenty of items out of the oven in varying temperatures of 350 degrees to 450 degrees and they worked as they should. They are very soft and pliable which helps with holding the hot item (some potholders are too stiff). I would buy them again. In fact, I did buy them again.
