Very great product!I like the quality, very nice. I wish they had it bronze. I like the gold but to shiny.Great product! Heavy and well made! Would recommend. The end piece drips a little after turning off. Most economical choice for pot filler and most readily available. Amazon delivered next day. Looks and works greatHave not installed this yet, but so far it seems to be of very good quality. After looking at many different brand name pot fillers and comparing their weights, I decided to go with this one, looks like in the photos if not even better! I've had good luck in the past with this brand, also purchased a faucet for my laundry room, also a very heavy good quality piece. This brand seems to stand out for having good quality at a good price!Had our kitchen remodeled and had this pot filler installed by a professional. Wife loves it. No more carrying heavy pots of water to the stove, just have to carry them from the stove. Both the pot filler and faucet are probably the best I've ever seen as far as quality. And I'm a contractor, so I've installed a few. Packaged well, no dents or flaws at all in the actual fixture boxes. A big concern for me was the look of the concord faucet. Many of the pictures showed the braided line inside the coils as silver/Crome. My design opinion is that clashes with the oil rubbed bronze. My coil came black and the whole thing looks amazing. Waiting for my cabinets to gut kitchen and get started, but I'll add photos and more update when it's complete and in use.i recommend this product and seller. The item was leaking when installed, we got a plumber to come in to see what was wrong, and it was faulty item in the manufacturer part. We were in the mods of reno, so this set up back 2 weeks. The parts needed where not avail at hardware store, we needed to return the product all together. ?Had two of these facets professionally installed by a certified plumber and both units failed after two weeks of use. Both facets had failed valves which prevented the facets from turning off the water flow rendering them useless. Being that two units failed within the same period one can assume this failure is associated with an engineering flaw or use of poorly manufactured parts and not just a random product failure had one facet failed. Inexpensive facet relative to similar products and that is unfortunately representative of the facet’s quality. With the item being past the 30 day warranty period I am stuck with these facets plus a plumber’s bill for removing and replacing the facets. The price for this unit is very cheap and from experience so too is the quality.I had to send it back because the microwave over the stove was too low. Too bad, because it was really attractive. Now I'm lugging water from the sink in a pot, like I'm in the outback somewhere. Sigh.horrible broken don't getStay away! Installed professionally as part of the kitchen reno project. Both joints leak as you move the filler. Also,a last section is welded offset, never seen such a cheaply done faucet.
