This is the same as the Kingston Brass KS3198AL pot filler. They even turn the Kingston box inside out to use as an Elements of Design product. However, order was for a NEW item. The pot filler had been opened and obviously handled. Minor scratch near back valve! How do I know it doesn't leak? That could be why it was returned! Warranty IS for TEN YEARS; printed on the box.
