Best quality pans I've ever seen, absolutely wonderful to cook with, very fast, and even heat control. there were some marks on the inner bottom but easily cleaned up. folks whine about the "looks" of the real copper after cooking and cleaning a few times, what are you going to do, it's real copper about 1mm or more thick, like silver if you want it to look polished you need to polish it. We cook with ours and this pan is the best copper pan I have ever cooked with!
