This machine is perfect for my mother in laws chocolate dipped business! It didn’t take very long for the chocolate to melt and when it was tempered perfectly which was about 110* for milk chocolate, the chocolate was like silk and made for the most beautiful chocolate covered Oreos and Oreo truffles. We can’t wait for market season to be here! This unit holds 18lbs of chocolate and stays tempered for hours!! Best purchase I’ve ever made for her small business. Would definitely recommend to anyone who dips anything in chocolate!!!
