Yamada Industries x Advanced Door Collaboration Product, Hanako Series This wok is made by the Yamada Kogyosha Kogyo that is used in about 80 shops including the long-established Chinese restaurants in Yokohama Chinae. While the majority of "press type" wok molds the iron plates at once, the Yamada Industry still has a number of 5,000 times. Made with "hammering type" that is the only one in Japan. Yamada Kogyo wok is made to subtly change the thickness of the bottom of the pot, sides and edges with age techniques, providing good heat conduction and allows you to cook without damaging the crisp feel of your vegetables. Stamped with "hammer" as proof of manufacturing Yamada Industries. The Yamada Kogyo pots can be happed many times during production, creating a micro uneven texture that improves the appearance of oil glue and blends well with the oils, making food difficult to stick. The more you use it, the oil will blend in, and the taste will look better and become a cherished product. Versatile pot that can be used for a variety of dishes such as frying and baking, as well as simmering, frying, steaming and more. The body is molded deep and diagonally, so it is easy to turn fried rice and vegetables and will not spill foods. The handle is made of lightweight and heat-resistant titanium.
